Beyond link building

A link builder makes links. UTM Fast makes them consistent.

Spreadsheets and free builders accept whatever someone types. UTM Fast keeps your naming convention in the builder itself, so every person on the team produces links the same way.

Define
Write your naming convention down once, where the builder can read it.
  • Parameter registryApproved keys and values for utm_source, utm_medium and any custom parameter.
  • Dependency rulesWhen utm_source is google, utm_medium can only be cpc. Values narrow as you pick.
  • Shared templatesOne template per channel, so every Google Ads or Meta link starts from the same parameters.
Enforce
Stop bad links before they reach an ad, not after they split a report.
  • Link rulesBlock unregistered parameters, unregistered values or rule violations workspace-wide.
  • Locked template fieldsMark a key or value read-only so nobody overrides it.
  • Value modifiersLowercase and swap spaces for underscores or hyphens, so "Spring Sale" can't become a third campaign.
Maintain
Keep links working and know who changed what.
  • URL health checksEvery link is checked for reachability and 404s before it's saved, and can be re-checked later.
  • Link lifecycleMark links active, archived or deprecated and set expiry dates.
  • Activity logA workspace record of who created or changed links, templates and parameters.

Built for teams and agencies. Invite members to a shared workspace, or keep a separate workspace for each client.

Questions

Where is the demo data stored?

Only in your browser's local storage. Nothing you type in the demo is sent to our servers, and clearing your browser data or pressing Reset removes it.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan needs only an email and a password. You can upgrade from inside your workspace whenever you need more.

Does it work with Google Ads and Meta Ads?

UTM parameters are plain query strings on your landing page URL, so the links work anywhere you can paste a URL: ad platforms, email tools, social posts and QR codes.

Can I use my existing naming convention?

Yes. Register your own parameters and values, including custom keys beyond the standard utm_ ones, and add rules that match how your team already works.

What happens when a link breaks a rule?

The builder flags it as you type. Workspace admins choose whether each kind of issue is just a warning or blocks the link from being saved.
